CP’s was fantastic! They came by the same day to give me a quote and returned the very next day to remove debris and junk from my backyard including cinder blocks, a giant stump, and piece of a fence that had fallen down. I wish I had a before photo, but the after is so open and clean. The price was very fair, they were professional and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend their services!

Never again. You dropped off untrained, unsupervised people from labor ready at my house and left. They didn't have the tools or the skills to do the job. All you did was cost me money and create more stress. I never would have hired you if I had known that's what you were going to do. Edit: They had a dirty vacuum, a tiny streamer, only large boxes, ran out of tape, no markets, nothing but bleach... How in the world can you justify trying to charge me nearly 5,000 for a service you didn't have the team or the tools to provide? I literally had to them not to pack a vase filled with water and dead flowers. They didn't even start with moving all big furniture! They were punctual, easy to schedule, friendly, affordable, and local! Pretty much everything on my checklist. The workers also had a positive, pleasant rapport with each other-- always nice to do business with people who don't act miserable to be there!

Carlos and Dave did an amazing job removing and clearing out a storage building for me. Professional and kind! Would highly recommend for clearing up! When I called to make the appointment, the owner was extremely nice and came out as soon as he said he would and had his guys right at my house. They're awesome

Great service. We needed an abandoned home cleaned out with a 3-4 week time frame expectation. Curtis called me back same day and said they could estimate me late that day after finishing another job. He came by promptly and we verbally agreed to a scope of work. He said he could do that work the first thing the following morning. The showed up on time and ready to go. They completed the job in a few hours that would have taken me a week to do myself. I will use them for upcoming work. Went from rooms full of scattered junk to everything not nailed down - gone, exactly as promised.
