He explained everything as he went (which I appreciated since I was curious), ordered the parts quickly, and came back fast to get it fixed. My technician was punctual, gave updates as to time of arrival and arrivied at the time he said he would. Was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Did a thorough analysis of my fridge and explained in easy terms what the problem was and what the solotion was. Part was ordered and it came in on the day it was expected. Final repairs were done the very next day and we're completed with precision and very quickly. I would definitely recommend CR appliance repair and use them again if needed.
