Outstanding experience with CR floors. I built a new home and I received exceptional service and great pricing. The design help in the showroom was crucial as Shelby guided me to products that were beautiful but fit my modest budget which included quartz counter tops, tile, hardwoods and carpet, laminate and vinyl. Chris the project coordinator guided the installation process with care and attention to detail. Installation went smoothly and on time and on budget. I recently ordered Luxury Vinyl Plank through CR Floors. We decided to install ourselves and had a great experience start to finish. The staff at the Federal Way location were all very kind and helpful during the selection process. The warehouse crew had the material ready upon arrival and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I look forward to working with CR Floors again in the spring when we start phase two of our remodel.

I had read on the website that you could come in without an appointment and look on your own. I did that and then realized I really wanted someone with expertise to help me, so booked a future appointment with the Designer. I have to say, the ability to just go and look without being hounded by someone, was Awesome! When I did meet with the Designer, she helped me find what I wanted and kept me in a budget I was comfortable with. So far, so good! Waiting for my install date.

A couple of months back, after purchasing a home, I scheduled an appointment to look at some flooring and counter top samples. Nothing was priced, it was all labeled with letters. Each letter represented a different price point. That struck me as a bit off putting. I like to compare prices and find the overall best value, this method seemed very secretive. But, we choose a couple of samples of flooring as well as counter tops to get bids on. After our house got measured we were sent our bid. The bid had a lot of holes and ambiguity. When we tried to get things clarified we got half answers. We were told that our salesperson needed to get a few things clarified on his end, but he would get back to us. He never did. I felt like we weren't a priority, so we took our business elsewhere.
