Last week late one afternoon our water pressure disappeared. By the time I got home from work it was too late to call anyone. The next morning just before 8 I reached out and left a message. Craig got back to me within minutes and after a few questions, he said he would be out to our house shortly. Within two hours of that phone call he had our problem fixed. Service was prompt, swift, and professional. Our business will stay with CR Pumps!

Craig was very fast to respond to our well pump not working even though it was on a Sunday. He diagnosed that it was not the pressure switch and was going to need further work. We agreed to do the work on Monday even though I think he was willing to do it on Sunday but I didn't want to take up his Sunday. He came Monday at the time he said he would be here and got the new pump and wire installed and we have water again. Great guy super nice easy to work with. Great service he will be my go-to for any well issues

Craig helped me fish out a pump that had broken at my pitless adapter. I was blown away how quick he was able to think on his feet and fished it out. He had the old pump pulled and replaced within a few hours. It’s very rare to find someone who does honest work. If there’s ever any problem with your well pump, give CR Pumps a call!
