We hired C&R to build a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, detached ADU on our property, and we are so happy with the final result! C&R truly cares about its clients. They do quality work you can trust at a fair price, and they guarantee their work. One of the main reasons we chose C&R was their ability to offer in house design services. They were patient with our many design-related questions and had lots of great suggestions for our ADU. The construction process went very quickly and smoothly for the most part. An issue did come up with PGE near the end of the project, when it was time to connect the unit to electrical power, but C&R and their electrical subcontractor worked hard to try to get things resolved as quickly as possible. We hired C and R Builders to remodel two 50-year-old bathrooms in our 1880’s farmhouse. From our first contact with the team to the final sign-off on the project, the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Throughout the remodel, we were impressed by their collegial approach to design and project management. The team communicated clearly, coordinated proficient subcontractors, and maintained a high level of professionalism. C and R Builders demonstrated accountability in all aspects, including scheduling, craftsmanship, and budgeting. We had C & R do an extensive remodel of our home. From the very beginning with Beth guiding us through the design, to the end result, they were professional, easy to work with, understanding, and really cared about us as the homeowner. C&R Remodeling did a phenomenal job remodeling our small and dated kitchen to the kitchen of our dreams! Everything from the estimate and planning to the completion of the project was above and beyond our expectations. Beth, Andrew, and the rest of the crew were so easy to work with. We just completed a remodel of a 1980 sunroom to utility room, as well as expanding the downstairs bedroom, bath, half bath and closet and are thrilled with the result.
