My experience with MVP Granite could have/should have been better. I went to MVP for my new quartz countertops because the contractor I employed for a separate project recommended them. From the beginning communication was an issue. Even though I was the customer, they kept communicating through the contractor. So it became a game of telephone. They'd tell him one thing and then he would tell me something else. Even after I called them and started making inquiries they still talked solely to the contractor. The installers, who by the way are subcontractors, were friendly and appeared to do good job. WoW! I never realized what a difference choosing the right company for my stone counters could make! We needed to replace our two year old granite and MVP showed up on time, listened, quoted a compelling price and installed the stone beautifully. We are so grateful!

If you're looking for perfection at a great price MVP Granite is where you should go. Sherry in sales picked out the perfect stone just from a photo I sent, Joe (Big Super Friendly Joe) came out with his laser machine to measure and then Corey and his crew came out to install it (Corey and his crew couldn't have been nicer)... What an amazing experience from start to finish.. And the job was an outside countertop against a very uneven and not square wall... Yes, it was perfect.

[UPDATE] So far so good. We walked in to ask some questions and a nice man stopped what he was doing to answer. Without an appointment, he set us up with Gina, who helped us select a suitable countertop, gave us an estimate based on our measurements, then scheduled an appointment for the proper measurements to be taken. We'll know more as we move forward. Randy came by to get measurements. His attention to detail impressed us. When we showed him a picture of the sinks we ordered, he asked for us to bring them in once we received them, "because they may need to be inset into the top." We hadn't noticed that and he was not obligated to mention it. I am impressed. I will update again once the installation occurs.

I met with Brendan @ Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops to talk about the kitchen remodel we wanted to do before putting our home up for sale. He recommended we also work with MVP for our granite counters, and he put me in touch with Lane. Lane came out and measured everything and provided suggestions. After a visit to see the granite in their showroom, we agreed with his main recommendation... and the price was right. The finished kitchen is beautiful, and was one of the top reasons the new buyer purchased our home. We highly recommend MVP Granite and Flooring.
