This is the worst plumbing company I have ever deal with their dispatcher is nasty and rude I hired this company to do my plumbing. every time I call them she will say somebody will be there , but don’t know what time ??when??they will come whenever they want. Very very unprofessional. I have done this job through the insurance company meaning insurance company supposed to pay them and they know it Because they were directly dealing with the insurance company not with me and I never get a bill from them but surprisingly oneday one of their nasty dispatcher, called me, threatening me With their attorney, because I didn’t pay which is disgusting Why should I pay while you’re getting paid from insurance company? We're above and beyond in there work and resolving my issues with my boiler. Very professional and informative. Impressive and clean in everything they did. Couldn't be more pleased.

Called about half dozen plumbers, all were too busy to take our small job (new washer hookup and replace some shut off values), CR Trudeau found time for us (pleasant on phone, scheduled job in timely manner, reasonable quote). They showed up on the promised day, got to work with only a note for reference, when I checked in, the work was going seamlessly (pun intended), correctly, and quickly. Final pricing was very reasonable. My only lament is that they came at towards the end of the promised window, but it was inside the window... Would highly recommend.

GREAT service. Very nice guy. He showed up got my boiler going. It shut off a few minutes after he left. I had called him back and he came right away ( on a Sunday ) he got it all figured out and I now have hot water and heat. I recommend this company to everyone!

Had a frozen pipe issue that spiralled out of control overnight – the folks at Trudeau & Sons were extremely understanding, came first thing in the morning, and fixed everything in less than an hour. Very fair price, too. All around excellent service.
