C&R Well and Pump, Inc.

Thanksgiving evening, no water. Called Bob Miles & Son Friday morning, and they recommended C & R. What a great choice! Bret responded promptly to a voicemail and showed up a 1/2 hour before he said he would. Very apologetic for the unavoidable impression his truck made in our yard getting to the well head. He was friendly and efficient. Our pump (after 35 years) had failed. He replaced it, made recommendations for further improvement, and was finished in less than 2 hours. Pricing was fair. Highly recommended.

Bret just came out for an emergency call on a Sunday and had our pump running in less than 1.5 hours. He was honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and educate us on our system. I will certainly be using him for any future needs and recommending to friends and family!

Memorial Day weekend we lost water and tried calling their ‘emergency’ line several times. After 3-4 hours of trying to contact them, we had to reach out to another company, who answered on the first call and had someone to our house within an hour.. we have yet to hear from C+R in response to our phone calls/messages that we left.

I have used C&R 3 times at 3 different properties in the last 15 yrs and received honest evaluations and reasonable rates, even on weekends!
