Excellence all around. I had a very unusual and unique roofing project involving a historic town landmark with two churches. One of the churches had a challenging two-tier 75 foot steeple. The sales rep, Eddie, provided helpful guidance and was very responsive to questions and issues. He was instrumental in helping me select a designer style roof that looks so distinctive, so beautiful and so perfect on the churches. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The Installation team got the jobs done quickly, without incident and on time. The company owner, Scott, was personally involved in working with me to solve a problem that cropped up. Scott and his crew at CR3 did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They removed the old roof down to the rafters and had everything replaced in just one day. The cleanup was spotless—not a nail or bit of debris left behind. A couple of small items were initially overlooked, but Scott responded immediately and corrected everything with integrity.
