Our furnace went out during the absolute coldest week (with sub zero temps) we had in January, 2024. LIHEAP got us a new furnace (thank goodness) as I was out of work due to poor health. The install was fine. Mark & his brother were nice. I had to call multiple times at the start of Summer, 2024 with what I thought was a pretty simple question. I never got a call back. It seems to be a matter of perhaps needing the door replaced on the bottom of the furnace because it won't stay fully closed and the air is blowing into my laundry room and not coming up through the floor vents. The fan won't cut off and has been running non-stop so I called again today for the same thing as last year. I don't expect anything for free, but they still won't return my call. I think they believe I want someth
