Great experience and the selections are endless. Would definitely recommend this over the big box stores because the prices are extremely reasonable as well. PS: Katy was awesome and was one of the main reasons for choosing Craft Croswell in the end.

1 star is too much. When building a new house, you should not have to budget replacing your floor covering after 1 year. Go elsewhere for your floor covering needs. I had a terrible experience with the LVP I purchased from them. I should have checked the reviews and listened to others that advised me to go elsewhere!

I have been robbed by Craftcoswell by the fact that a different grade of $350 remnant stone was sent to the fabricator, with the company stating I agreed for them to send this stone. In the phone call to me, Craftcoswell stated my selected remnant was too small and the larger piece had to be sent. I asked if it was the same stone, the reply was it was the same stone. The photos show what was installed vs what I selected. Even though both are White Perla quartzite, one can clearly see it is not the same. Very upsetting. The installed vanity top does not blend with my creme marfil marble shower tile and clashes with my wallpaper. I will paint the vanity top by summer’s end which was a total costs of a little over $1400 but Craft considered me a $350 customer that didn’t matter.

My family and I have really enjoyed working with Craft Croswell to remodel our home! Heather has been extremely helpful with helping our vision for our home become a reality! She was responsive, professional, and an overall great help in our project. We would highly recommend her and this company to anyone!

Customer service was horrible. Designer was late placing order so we had to wait 8 weeks for flooring. Designer didn't notify us of the delay. We had to make repeated phone calls, emails and texts before getting any response. Designer didn't even call us back but had receptionist do so. Owner was rude and took no responsibility for his designer's lack of professionalism. Angie was helpful, however. She is the only highlight of our experience there. Would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone else!
