I would not buy a home from Craftmark under any circumstances. Had multiple issues with our less than 2 year old home. Including that our tile master shower is leaking badly into our basement less than 2 years from when we moved in. The contractors they use are sub par. Despite this same issue occurring in multiple houses within 18-24 months, they refuse to remedy it because the home is beyond the 1 year warranty. The shower and tile were not installed correctly from the beginning and they refuse to acknowledge this or repair it. Once you buy the home the support is non-existant.
