Craftsman Collective Remodeling

I wish I could give zero stars - and here's why... My experience with Craftsman Collective was extremely disappointing. The initial meeting and estimate was great - they talked a lot about working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted while being very mindful of our budget. However, their estimate changed drastically from what we were originally given IN WRITING, and the communication was fairly poor throughout the process. After we signed the original estimate, the issues started almost immediately. They emphasize that the design phase is billed separately, but the design team didn’t seem to listen to anything we discussed. We repeatedly had to correct basic details and request revisions, only to be charged for work that felt like we were essentially doing ourselves. I ended

While the design of our renovated kitchen was great, we were disappointed with a few aspects of the project. There were some delays in the timeline and a few minor issues with the installation that required follow-up work. We wish the communication regarding potential cost adjustments had been clearer throughout the process. Still, the final result looks great and we appreciate the efforts of the design team to address our concerns
