We are so happy with our new cabinets. We especially loved working with Katie. She was patient, kind, and such an expert at layout. She helped us through our plan and several revisions of it until it became our dream layout. The cabinets are beautiful, the installers were so professional -- and they are good about backing up their product with timely support. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I purchased custom cabinets and Thermador appliances from Craftsman Kitchens 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Justin and the team at Craftsman did an amazing job with so many aspects of the design and build. We were guided through the entire process including prompts to make decisions before costs increased on certain types of wood and on appliances. Craftsman even stored our appliances for several months while waiting for the cabinets to be built. One of the best parts of this transaction was when the granite supplier (recommended by Craftsman) ended up making a couple mistakes. Craftsman got involved directly to facilitate the solution. Our custom kitchen for our new custom house in Wyoming is perfect. The custom color is even perfect. Katie was great at taking my ideas and turning them into reality. The installers traveled 8 hrs to our house and where very detailed and fantastic.

It has been 15 years since Ray Bird designed and delivered on our kitchen in Holladay. I'll never forget the day he showed up with our plans (drop-in farmhouse sink; cherry wood cabinets) and then COMPLETED the job perfectly. All these years later? AMAZING, beautiful work.
