Great professional service! Larry and Tyler know what they are doing. They quickly assessed my iron water situation and recommended the best options available. Nikki in the office was great with communication and scheduling and promptly scheduled the service for a time that worked with me. They were very respectful of my property and knocked the job out in less than a day. Full upgrade to my 1994 water heater and treatment system...now I can drink my water again! 10/10 recommend.

On 02/06/26 I had an issue with my water well. I called Crafty Fox Plumbing on Sunday 02/08/26. Got a very fast response in 45 minutes from their on call plumber Kyle. Kyle stated he could come out in about an hour. I agreed. In the interim the owner, Isaiah, called and asked me if we could wait until Monday to have Kyle come out. He stated that they would not have to charge us an emergency fee. I agreed. Kyle was out first thing Monday morning. Kyle was very professional and spent time on site diagnosing the problem. He gave us contacts to solve the issues. Crafty Fox charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee for their services and helped us greatly with our well issues. We will always use Crafty Fox in the future!

Great Experience with Crafty Fox! Had an old (no longer supported) water treatment system that was failing. Contacted Isaiah and got an immediate response. Kyle showed up the next morning, diagnosed the problem and presented solution options. New system was quickly installed and is working great.

We recently found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation--needing a new sewer line less than a week before an ice storm. Luckily, we found Crafty Fox, who were wonderful. They were communicative, prompt, efficient, fair, and easy to deal with. They are even planning to come back when the weather is better to help make sure our yard is as close to the way it was before they had to dig it up as possible. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a job from hell that required our floor be jack hammered up and a sewer line be replaced. It got stretched out due to foundation problems and also inclement weather (yay winter) and had me pulling my hair out of my head. Isaiah and the team at Crafty Fox Plumbing worked with the foundation guys to come up with a path forward and when Crafty Fox completed their portion of the job they left the area set up and better then it was when they started. Communication never broke down during the pauses due to weather and they always got right back to me when I had a question. And when the job was completed it came in right at what they said there were no hidden fees or extra charges. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be using Crafty Fox Plumbing for our upcoming renos. Thanks g
