We had a gopher problem, especially on the front of our property. Cragoe came out quickly and conducted an assessment, then provided us with a proposal. They started treatment right away. Curtis, our rep., has done a great job in getting rid of the gophers. He always checks into the office first with a smile and gives us an update. He had me walk the property with him this last week, and there are no signs of gopher activity. I love that Curtis is very knowledgeable and thorough with his treatments. He's a good, honest person. I would highly recommend Cragoe.

I just want to give a shout out to the everyone at Cragoe. They have been servicing my home for a few years now but I did want to recognize their service. The office staff has always been most professional on the phone. Very pleasant to speak to which I truly appreciate! Luis, Luis is the best! He just a sweetheart, nice to speak with, addresses my concerns and makes good recommendations. I highly recommend Cragoe!

We had ants and "pincher bugs"! When I phone the office I was greeted with friendly professionalism. They had a service person that works in our area contact me within a couple of hours. Rudy is personable and honest. He was able to give me an approximate cost over the phone. Rudy came to our house within a day. He texted me when he was on his way. Texted arrival and when finished, explained what to expect. Thank You Rudy & Cragoe!

Am very disappointed. Called to request appt, waited 24 hours and called again. ‘I’ll send the request again”. Said they will call by the next morning. No call until 5 pm that evening. Scheduled for 10-12p today day. No show. No call. Terrible service provider. Moving on.

Great local company to work with, came out within the same week to complete a pest control service. Looking forward to working with them again.
