When the part didn’t fix the issue, they gave me a refund and helped me get a new stove. Low pressure sales tactics and very knowledgeable with everything they sold. I plan to buy my next appliance here and maybe a new couch! They match the big box store prices too!

Installed appliances professionally. The appliances work well after being installed for a year 5. Ownership was amicable I would do business with Craig's Appliance again.

I was pleased with the no-pressure approach Scott had and was pleasantly surprised that he matched the big box store sale price on the exact French door fridge I wanted. Scott was easy to work with and took time to understand what I wanted. I was blown away be the delivery and installation. Don and Kyle were knowledgeable and curteous. I'll definitely be back when I need any new appliances.

Custom ordered & delivered the GE Laundry Center that I wanted (GUD27ESSMWW, tired of moldy front loaders), while beating pricing of Lowe's, Home Depot, and Sears. Removed & recycled our old unit and installed and leveled this unit. Checked for proper operation, all okay and no damage to the walls or floor by the installers.
