A big thank-you to Craig Comfort Control for getting our gas fireplace in proper working order! After moving in 9 years ago, we'd only used it twice before shutting it off because there was a slight odor and the logs looked to have been haphazardly placed. Every year I have aimed to have it serviced, only to get discouraged by the long lead times of the few places called. I wish I'd known to call Craig Comfort Control years ago! I called them exactly once, and they not only answered their phone, but Jessica had a technician scheduled to visit less than 24 hours later. I highly recommend Craig Comfort Control! I called Friday, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Michael, the service technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He ordered the part and came out Saturday morning and made the repair. I was very pleased with the work and the fact that he came out and fixed it before the cold weather rolled in. Also, their service call and diagnostic fee is very reasonable, and it's the same price on the weekend as it is on the weekdays. I will recommend them to family and friends!

Keith was on time and took care of my concerns. My new Ecobee thermostat is working well. Just needed him to double check that no wires had been dislodged during install. No fee as it was within 30 days of work. Nice company to work with

Great company, great technicians, great work, great prices! They came out to troubleshoot a noise that most people were saying was normal. Come to find out it was not. They answered all my questions, fixed the problem and we’re very timely.
