Incredibly happy with the service we received from Colby. Colby was responsive to our inquiries and questions and very thorough on preparation practices and instructing us on what we should expect on the day of service. He arrived on time and was pleasant to work with. We had black algae and moss growing on our roof and after the service was completed the roof looked brand new. Craig Roof Cleaning provided exceptional service. They responded to my call immediately, listened to my issue and concerns and was so knowledgeable. Colby was at my home within the hour and took care of the problem (snow and thick ice jams), with great communication and recommendations throughout the process. So friendly and professional! Colby has done a fantastic roof cleaning job on 2 occasions in the last several years for us and this year, he also cleaned our vinyl siding. Due to the overhang of trees we get a lot of shade on the roof, which overtime has led to a build of of visible algae on the shingles and significant areas of darkened discolorations. Colby’s technique is unique compared to other contractors I spoke with in that he does not walk on the roof and also treats the entire roof ( not just one side). The solution he uses effectively completely eliminated the discoloration due to the algae growth. He uses a low pressure sprayer that does not damage the shingles as well. The roof looks beautiful and I am reassured that there’s not going to be a buildup of fungus under the shingles leading to potential deterio

Excellent job bleaching and cleaning our cedar shingle home. After 15 years, it was time to get the natural look to be refreshed. It now looks amazing. Professional, punctual and very detailed. I’d highly recommend their service!!!
