Craig Service Group

I absolutely love Craig Service Group!! We use them to service the apartment and townhome community I manage and they are always professional, knowledgeable and do things in a timely manner! Todd has always been the best!!! Always takes care of our residents and our employees homes as well!Today I had to have them come out for an electrical issue in my home and Tom Schmidt came out and fixed it within a few minutes! He was friendly and was very patient while he explained to me what the issue was. I can not say enough amazing things about this company!!

Rich was fantastic! We were quoted by another company we needed to replace our whole HVAC system for 12-15k. Rich came and did maintenance on our current unit in under an hour and our 30 yr old unit is working back to normal. Highly recommended. Great customer service and trustworthy!
