Craig came to my 90-year-old mother’s house when she was in a real bind after a ceiling fan malfunctioned and melted down. He was incredibly responsive, showed up quickly, and handled everything professionally and safely. More importantly, he couldn’t have been kinder or more patient with her. That meant a lot to our family. His pricing was very fair, and the quality of his work was excellent. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and genuinely caring — Craig is both.
