Craig's Overhead Door

Outstanding customer service! Late Sunday afternoon our garage door decided to come off track and the door was inoperable. I sent a text to Craig and in minutes he responded. Knowing our home wouldn’t be secure, Craig let us know he would be over in the morning to repair our door. Monday morning I received a call stating the repairs were made. Excellent prompt service with our safety in mind. I would highly recommend Craig’s Overhead Door.

Can't say enough about Craig. Called this morning after a spring broke and he had it replaced the same day. This isn't the first time either. Craig is always right there when we need him. I won't go anywhere else. He is dependable and much less than the big companies with their names plastered all over the internet and on their trucks.

Craig showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and we were up and running within a couple hours. He was polite, professional and cleaned up his mess. We had a very bad experience a while ago with OGD. Steer clear of them.
