Crain Heating and Cooling

We had Brad and Collin come out today and install our New furnace. The were very prompt, friendly and professional. They did a great job. Cleaned up everything, took the old unit and the new boxes with them. Explained everything to us. Gave us a very good price on everything. We could not be happier with our experience and we are so happy we went with Crain. I recommend this company very highly. Thanks again Brad and Collin for doing such a great job.

We had an excellent experience with Crain from our in home quote through installation. Cody was extremely helpful with our quote and very patient with us in answering our many questions. We received many quotes and they were the most affordable for a high efficiency furnace/AC, which is what we were looking for. On the day of installation Cole and the other installer (I’m sorry I forgot his name) were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and walked us through everything. We would definitely recommend Crain to a friend.

Austin was great. He had our furnace up and running in 10 minutes. He explained the maintenance I need to do to keep our furnace and a/c in good running condition. He sold me the maintenance package so we’re covered for both systems for the next year. He was kind and efficient!

This is my first time using Crain Heating & Cooling. I chose them because they are a local LENNOX authorized service provider. I also loved that they offer a one-price package for inspection of the furnace and to return in the spring to inspect the AC! Austin was professional and very patient in helping me to understand some of the features of our furnace. Historically, I had the furnace installers do the annual inspection on the 3-year old unit. They were alway looking to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Austin clearly explained everything he did and the results of his diagnostics. He did an awesome job! I’m hoping he’ll be my tech when it comes time for the AC to be looked at in the spring! TOP NOTCH SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Today’s service was great. Ted kept me informed on the throughout the repair. He spent some time with me answering questions about some other repairs and upgrades that can be done in the future to keep my HVAC system running properly!!
