We’ve been using Crane Heating & Air Conditioning for our annual furnace service in the winter and air conditioning tune-ups in the spring, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism they provide. Crane Heating performed my annual maintenance on my Heating/Cooling unit and did a fabulous job. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff member and the time he provided to explain my errors and future servicing I should perform on my own. I had difficulty inserting the filter and he helped correct my error and make the insertion process easier. He also provided an annual maintenance tip to keep the drain from clogging. Servicing above and beyond the expected job is always nice to see. I can tell the service provider cares about his work. Thank you for ensuring my families safety and proper performance of my HVAC unit.

We moved into a new townhouse. The HVAC system was not cooling/heating on a consistent basis. John came to ck it out. No dampers to direct air thru the pipes, so he suggested closing some of the registers in the home to redistribute air to the cooler areas, & it worked! It will be interesting this summer to see if the redirected air flow will help when we switch over to air conditioning. Since the building is still under warranty, there was no charge. Thank you John for your suggestions.

Fast service, Mike, the service technician was great. He was very friendly and addressed my concerns. Mike explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was very helpful. This was a warranty issue with our new home build. Definitely recommend Crane. Their office was pleasant when booking appt as well

I have never in the seven years had in any way a bad experience with Crane Heating and Air Conditioning. They are always on time, polite and clean with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
