Rich is amazing! Jesse as well!! I had five companies come and Rich was the only one that solved the issue and knew right away what needed to be done!! Best service ever and I will recommend to everyone I know! Thanks Rich at Crane and team! This guy is top notch.

100% unreliable, just awful customer service, and would highly suggest you avoid contacting or working with this company. I think they spent more money on the ridiculous background while you are on hold than they did on actually training and hiring quality employees. Avoid this company. At least 6 times told someone would contact me with updates, with zero follow up. At least 3 times told a technician would be here to provide repair service with three no-shows and no contact. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a week+ of me asking them for help and updates and scheduled service with same complete lack of services or visits or follow up. And their staff has no competence in actually keeping track of status or the details of all of my contact / communications with them. I could

I had to have 2 shutoff valves replaced in the laundry room. Rich came out and did a great job. Very polite and keep me informed. Left the house very clean. I would highly recommend the Crane company

Reckless disregard for public safety witnessed today around 5:10–5:15 PM. A Crane Plumbing vehicle was driving slowly (around 55 mph) in the passing lane, then accelerated to over 70 mph when another vehicle passed on the right. Later, the driver failed to properly enter a turning lane while crossing a the roadway nearly causing a collision as they turned left into their parking lot. Very concerning behavior from a company vehicle.

I’m a returning costumer with the Crane Company, I used their service for septic tank replacement on 2017 and used them again for another septic tank project on a different property now on 2025 The staff are professional, experienced, and helpful Definitely would recommend their services
