Wish I could give you 10 stars on a five star scale! Thank you for Outstanding customer service!! I called in looking for a leveling foot for a Frigidaire refrigerator and the gentleman who answered the phone told me to stop in and see if they might have an extra before placing a special order. I brought in my bent up sample, and within a few minutes the employees returned with exactly what I needed. Then, they wouldn’t even let me pay for it. This is the big picture attitude I remember when growing up and it’s so rare to find businesses which still operate with an understanding of good will. I hope everyone that reads this post will at least give your business fair consideration the next time they need an appliance. I know I sure will. Happy Thanksgiving! I am thankful for you!!

We reached out regarding an issue with our dryer. We weren’t able to go get it to the store however they were able to come out and take a look at it. It’s always that uncertainty when an appliance goes haywire however Josh came out and took a look at it was clear and efficient in what he was as doing. Gave me an Idea of what it could be and then went to work on getting it completed. He answered all my questions and as a family of 5 who need that dryer daily we are greatly appreciative that he we can now dry our clothes again 😆. Thanks for all your help!

I highly recommend Crane’s L & M Appliance Center for your appliance purchases. We researched the appliances we wanted, and several retailers before making the purchase. We purchased a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Crane’s was the same price as the big box retailers (and beat the price of one appliance by $50). Their installation was less than other retailers, and I trust Crane’s more because they are employees of the business, not sub-contractors (they are a local, family-owned company, which was important to us). The order came in when quoted, the install was on time, and everything went as it should. The sales staff, and the installation staff were all great. You cannot go wrong with a local company you can call if you need something fixed. I definitely recommend C
