Crawl Space and Basement Technologies sealed, waterproofed, and scrubbed away the mold in my crawlspace recently here in Stem. They also set jacks and girders for floor support as my home was built to Granville County maximum specifications and the floor joists spanned too great a distance. My previously bouncy floors are no more. I have firm floors for the first time in many years and a super clean and accessible crawlspace that will result in energy savings. His work crew was very professional, timely, and hardworking. I was kept informed every step of the way until completion. Excellent experience from start to finish. The owner came out to quote the work and to do an assessment. He took his time to explain everything in detail to me of the benefits of the different levels of encapsulation. He made his recommendation based off of my home and not just the highest price service. Upfront, honest, and great follow through. Cannot ask for much more. Also price was comparable to other quotes but the quality of work was FAR BETTER when I looked at photos of other folks and they have a custom process that no one else uses to also vent under the plastic!

He spent a lot of time showing me pictures of my crawl space with water and mold in it and explaining the options for remedying the problems. He drew me pictures, showed me diagrams and provided a thorough explanation and education about what needed to be done and how he would recommend doing it.
