We opted for the Bronze package, full encapsulation with foam board insulation installed. Kirsten was knowledgeable, competent, and professional. By far the best of all the companies I met with. We didn’t have a huge issue with water and moisture, but a lot of condensation from the HVAC unit, duct work, and water pipes. The Ninja’s knocked it out fast with no disruption to our normal lives. The end result is outstanding and is a true mechanical improvement preserving and protecting the structure of the home. I had a great experience with Crawl Space Ninja! They were able to quickly come out to see what exactly was going on with my crawlspace and floors. While as a whole they were great, what ultimately made me decide to go with them was Kristen. I had several companies come to my house and while they were all professional, Kristen took the time to fully explain what was going on and what would need to be done to fix it. Not only did I like having a female to work with, but she explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me! She also worked with me to get the repairs done within my budget range. Last summer I noticed my crawlspace was almost at the point of no return. I thought it was. I got a quote from crawlspace ninja and decided to be cheap and go with another company. A company that I had to fire for the speed and quality of their service. The ninjas took 2 days to complete the job. I couldn’t believe the quality and speed. My experience with Crawl Space Ninja of Athens has been A+ across the board beginning with Kristen Cullar (Sales/Inspection) to Mike Scott (installer). The initial job was removal of moisture barrier & insulation, which quickly turned into a major overhaul due to 6-8" flooding due to 3 days of rain from Hurricane Sally. We changed the contract to a full encapsulation beginning with removal of the moisture barrier & insulation, added drainage pipe trenched in the perphery & dehumidifier - both hooked to a sump pump & sealed 8 vents. The entire crawl space was encapsulated on the floor & 4 ft up walls & supports. The entire job cost more because "sister joints" had to be installed to shore up joists under the kitchen area that were damaged by water seeping from a leak in the faucet plumbing.

Crawl Space Ninjas did a fantastic job on the encapsulation of my crawl space. Height wise as low as it is they were able to get all the plastic pulled tight on the ground and all tacked up on the block foundation like a pro. My crawl space is extremely low so I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you need this done. Also great communication throughout the process.
