I had 3-4 companies quote and assess our crawl space job, and Crawlspace Medic was by far the best! Logan was personable, professional, fair, flexible and highly experienced. He worked within our budget to create a phased job approach, which was much appreciated. Javi and Johnny did the job and were polite, hard working and efficient. They also helped with some water intrusion issues outside of our garage. I’ve worked with many tradesman, contractors and subs, and this company is top notch. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Attached are photos of our first phase completed. Looking forward to finishing the encapsulation in phase two. I can’t recommend them enough if you need any crawlspace work done.

Excellent work. Great service. Personable people. Logan was knowledgeable and able to diagnose our issues quickly. CSM was able to get to our house in a reasonable timeframe and was a great cost compared to other companies. Cody and their crew were punctual and efficient in their work. They cleaned up existing vapor barrier and debris, installed a sump pump, encapsulated our crawlspace with thick plastic with a foam board along the interior walls of the brick substructure of my home, and installed a dehumidifier to pull out water from the air in the space. I had some questions after the install about some areas and they were willing to come out, hear me out, and work out any issues I had concern with. I live on Tybee Island, where stormwater intrusion is a growing concern. When we had the 20+" of rain earlier this year, our garage was flooded with 5" of rain. It was a real mess. I reached out to Logan Wilson at Crawlspace Medic for help. He came to my house quickly to inspect and evaluate the problem. He proposed a solution that involved (1) installing a series of under-slab French drains connected to a new sump-pump and (2) installing a waterproof film on the exterior of the house where water was penetrating the concrete block.
