Crawlspace Medic of Wilmington

We received a few quotes for our Crawlspace and decided to go with Crawlspace medic as they were the only ones that really went through all of our options & let us know which items were of vital importance vs. what we could put on the back burner for budgeting reasons. It looks like you could eat off of our Crawlspace and our home smells so much better. Completely worth the money!

Due diligence is in progress; I haven’t contracted for any work. The inspection and estimate process, conducted by Trevor, was impressive. After introductions he asked me for some details, followed by walk around the house, inspection of the crawlspace, review of findings, and review of the estimate. I do lots of research in advance of all projects, in particular those that cost this much. Trevor’s information was completely aligned with my own findings plus I learned a great deal from him.

Ben, Trevor, and everyone at the company do a very professional job and they are known for their honesty. If a home has a well-maintained crawlspace that does not need any further work, Crawlspace Medic will say so. If on the other hand it needs to be encapsulated, treated for fungal growth, and for a dehumidifier to be professionally installed, and for everything done properly, this is a great company to work with. They are General Contractors and can handle the full demo and rebuild of floor systems from the dirt all the way up to the living space. I give them 10/10 and an A+

The Crawl Space Medic crew did a fine job of lifting my sagging house. Jeremy did the estimate with pictures. He gave detailed description of what it would take to fix my problem of hard to close doors and counter tops separating from the walls. After the contract was signed. The construction crew arrived about 3 weeks later. Ethan and Rodney arrived and poured the concrete bases for the additional piers needed for the job. The following day Ethan and Rodney as scheduled and finished the project. I physically inspected the completed work completed in the crawl space and closed the door to our second floor that I haven’t been able close in a long time. Crawlspace Medics came to our rescue after we learned from an inspection that there were a few issues under our house. Ben first did his own inspection and quickly came up with a thorough plan to fix our vapor barrier and replace needed insulation. Cameron ans Danniel arrived on time and went straight to work. Everything was explained in detail as to products being used and the reasoning for the repairs was laid out. Both of these young men were polite, courteous and very thorough. Upon completion of the job, Shawn came back to inspect the work and to ensure us all matters had been addressed properly. There were no hidden surprises or added expenses.
