Crazy Clean Carpet Cleaning And Restoration

I have used only Crazy Clean to clean my carpets for the past 12 years! They are reliable, dependable, and I know that the work they do will be exceptional. They have been there for me through it all. From a teenager throwing a small party that ended up becoming a raging kegger in my basement with carpets soaked with beer (boy was she grounded for months) to new pets and grandbabies they have cleaned it all and my carpets still look as good as the day I moved in. Randall was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me to understand some of the issues my aging carpet has and provided a lot of helpful guidance, as a result. I really appreciated how they were able to squeeze me into their schedule! The guy Don, I think was his name did a great job but didn’t move chair around so he missed some things in the back where the fabric lifts up on the bottom. But other than that; he was professional, nice, up front about service expectations and was willing to take chances to make it happen (Snow and icy conditions, we were concerned his van might get stuck but it didn’t).

I'm so happy with my newly cleaned carpets. I have used another service for a few years and had a build up of residue due to my very thick carpet. Randal worked hard on the thick carpet to remove the years of built up residue. I will be very happy to use Crazy Clean again.
