Received help from a wonderful service representative, Natasha, who was able to help us with our invoice questions. She was patient as she explained so much to me and then reexplained to my husband. She was able to bundle our service plans saving us so much cost annually. So happy we are with CRC and grateful to Natasha.

Jessica in customer service today was amazing! She was friendly and did a great job explaining everything & helping me regarding my CRC annual cap oil price per gallon renewal rate contract + fee & also my annual boiler service contract fee ... Thank you Jessica for your help! 🙂

Very unhappy with service. This is the 2nd time we were rescheduled for service. We had originally scheduled annual service back in April, was rescheduled for today with window of 8 to 12 pm. No notice of unable to keep appt due to weather which is ridiculous. We have been a customer for more than 15 years and we are very disappointed with service.
