CRDN of Southern Nevada

As a result of a house fire in June 2025, we had all of my clothes, linens and drapes left with that horrible smoke smell. Without CRDN, we would have not had that odor lingering forever, it would have left a constant reminder of the event. Everything was professionally picked up, laundered/cleaned and returned in plastic cleaners bags with hangers ready to return to our closets. All other cleaned items including games, shoes and other paraphernalia were returned in sealed easy to handle, well marked moving boxes. I had a water leak right before Christmas which is horrible in itself, but during the holidays makes it worse, my adjuster for foremost sent out CRDN to inventory my contents to help me out, I was contacted by Jason, he is super personable and actually pretty funny. He answers his phone on weekends and at night when I had questions and NEVER made me feel like I was a bother, Jason had Alexis come out to inventory my stuff, I can’t say enough about this amazing Human she is the sweetest person, you can tell you cares and absolutely LOVES her job!! I highly recommend them, because they are thorough and will even talk to the adjuster.. they truly are a great team. THANK YOU ALEXIS AND JASON for making this so much easier and less stressful.

I have to compliment CRDN Jason who has been very helpful and reliable to clean and stored my garment & electronics due to water damaged at my house. Compare with the other property damage restoration company, Jason always responds to my texts & calls promptly and friendly. Amount the total 3 companies who involved to the rebuild at my house, CRDN is the most reliable and professional. This is a very trustworthy company and Jason's work stands out compared to the others. My wife and I experienced a flood in our house over the summer. It was a difficult experience. However Jason and CRDN were a bright spot. He collected all our electronics and linens right after the flood. They were cleaned and stored for us. Jason was very responsive and brought us items as we needed them. They were returned cleaned and wrapped. We really appreciate Jason and CRDN.

We had a house fire which included extensive smoke damage. During the long and arduous recovery period we were stricken with serious medical issues to include lasting battles with COVID. Additionally, we were relocated to a rental property during the repair of our home. Though the incident was very traumatic, the overall experience with Jason and his staff at CRDN was very positive. They did an excellent job of cleaning all the various items we had, whether it be clothing, electronics, or any other household item. At one point, during the house repairs we were living in the two households. CRDN was very accommodating to returning specific items to each location.
