Create Good Sinks

We are very impressed with the quality of the sink and faucets used in our kitchen refresh. Also, phone and email interactions with customer service is top shelf. We highly recommend Create Good Sinks! They may need to upgrade the business name to "Create Great Sinks"!

We've had our Create Good Sinks workstation sink for several months now and couldn't be happier with our choice. The 31" size is perfect for our needs. It's slightly larger than the standard 30" sink but still fits perfectly in a 33" cabinet, giving us that extra workspace without requiring a larger cabinet. We chose the 8" depth, which has been ideal for our setup. As someone who's only 5'2", reaching into a 10" deep sink (which would be 11" with undermount installation) wouldn’t be easy, so this 8" depth is perfect for my height while still providing plenty of room for large pots and pans. It also provides a bit more real estate inside the cabinet for trash or recycling cans. Love this company. In 2022 I purchased a work station sink and loved it. Fast forward, I am building a new home in another state and started researching other sinks. I couldn't find any other sinks. So I stuck with Create Good Sinks. Today, my plumber tells me he cannot find the drain basket for the sink. It was on the job site, but some how lost. Tossed out. I call Create Good Sinks and talk to Chris today at 11:30AM. In a matter of 10 minutes he as new drain basket ordered and on the way. WOW. Talk about impressive. Then while on the call, he explains I ordered a wrong accessory that won't match my sink I ordered. Talk about product knowledge and customer service. Give this company 7 stars and Chris a raise.

This is, hands down, the best company I have ever worked with during any of the kitchen or bathroom remodels I have done. About three years ago I found myself in a pinch with a deadline to get a sink and they were able to get the one I so wanted onto the truck and out to me in two days. The sink is stylish, easy to clean and still looks brand new. Today, they are sending me out a new garbage disposal kit (our plumber was stumped because of the unique seamless drain) which again will be here in a few days. I wish all companies were this good.
