The dedicated carpenters that completed our basement remodeling project in August 2022 were fantastic: they were polite, timely, took the time to inform us daily on the project's status, and sought input from us on decisions that needed to be made during the project. Rick and his team allowed for sufficient flexibility in the design process, but also offered thoughtful suggestions based on their professional experience. We rehired Creation Services for a bathroom remodel project this past September (2023) and are again extremely happy with the results. In addition to assigning the same foreman to this project that worked on the basement, we were very satisfied with the subcontractors (tile and plumbing) that Rick partnered with, as these were not trades need on basement project.

Rick and his team were great to work with! We had to have the finished part of our basement waterproofed, leaving us with an unfinished basement that we were using as living space. Rick and his team were professional and easy to work with, from demolition to removing a closet and reframing a wall to the finishing touches of drywall and priming it ready for us to paint. Highly recommend for any home remodel.
