We hired Rich to replace our front porch and sidewalks. Rich was prompt in returning phone calls/text messages and was excellent to work with. Rich’s insight and recommendations were also very helpful. If you are looking for concrete work to be done, I would highly recommend Creative Concrete and Masonry! Rich will do an amazing and professional job! He will not disappoint! If and when I need concrete work to be done again, Rich is definitely who I will be calling!

This review was a long time coming. Rich and his team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish he kept me informed of every detail. He was kind, courteous, down to earth and professional. They did our back patio and walkway and long walkway in the front of our home all at a very reasonable price to top it off. The work they did came out beautiful. Will upload pics. I want to update my review. We had a plumbing disaster and it entails ripping out the front walkway! Rich came immediately without hesitation to make perfect seamless cuts into the walkway so the excavators can remove the block. Their intention was to destroy it. He even refused to take payment! Rich is truly an amazing human being. The world can benefit so much if other people were like him

About 5 months ago, they added on to our pool decking to create a pad for a hot tub. They told us they would be able to get the color close, but it is totally different (we did provide information about the existing concrete color, despite what the owner is claiming). When we reached out to them, they said there was nothing they could do and made no effort to make it right. The color on the stamped concrete is already wearing away and it looks all mottled. What’s more, we now have to pay another company to fix the color for us, and they pointed out that this company did not even install any expansion joints between the new pad and the existing ones. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about that at this point and we just have to hope the concrete doesn’t crack.

Rich did a great job on our stamped concrete. He had great communication, vision, and timely completion. He provided free a consultation and picture to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted and answered all questions. They worked hard, were flexible and we were very happy with the end product. We can’t wait to use our patio after we add some dirt and mulch around edges to make the yard around it pretty again. Only change is wish they would have cleaned up excess rocks and cigarette butts left in yard. Just a heads up, expect your hard gets torn up with equipment. Otherwise, highly recommend Rich for any future concrete work!

I can only say great things about this company. We added a stamped concrete sidewalk to our property, and the job started in mid December in FRIGID cold temps. Even with snow, and Rich getting the flu, the job finished on Christmas Eve. Who knew you could get this type of job done in the winter? With their insulted blankets, it was a success! It turned out beautiful!!
