The fence they installed doesn't match my neighbor's, which they joined, so I doubt it was actually Breland Brown. Also, it lasted about a year before it began warping & fading to an even worse color. They didn't even get into cracks, leaving plenty of exposed wood. Their paint sprayer left a 3' x 4' bare spot in my yard that took 2yrs to grow back. They say you don't pay until you're 100% satisfied, but they were very forceful about paying even though I was still unhappy w/their work. And then, of course, once I had paid they considered me to be "100% satisfied" even though they hadn't even attempted to return to fix the issues I identified. Now, a little less than 3yrs later, 30+ planks have to be replaced & the entire fence re-stained. If you use them, just be sure to ACTUALLY hold paym

Very pleased with all aspects. Rick was great to work with, came right out and gave me a very reasonable price to replace my gate and connecting section in the front and replace a pa lemon the back. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me when I inquired about the remaining fence. He actually recommended that I wait and only replace the obviously damaged panels. We did have a couple weather delays but communication was great. The crew did a good job and completed the work in one day- even staying until after dark to finish. Things started well. Communication was good to get our business then totally dropped. Had to constantly request a date for fence installation and staining. Took a total of almost 8 months. Without us reaching out not sure if the work would have ever completed. Some of the boards shouldn’t have been used. Stain job wasn’t the best and part of our aluminum fencing has speckled spots of stain. Don’t plan on using this company ever again in the future.

We live in a new build neighborhood where the homes are close together. Our neighbor used this company for their privacy fence. When they came to stain it, they didn’t put up any protection, and the dark brown stain splattered all over the side of our newly painted white brick house. It is all over the windows, which is why I noticed it initially. I have contacted Rick multiple times. When I first spoke with him, he asked if I had any paint in the garage to touch it up. I told him there was far to much pain on the side of the house to ‘touch up’ and we had it professionally painted. I let him know we wanted to use the company that. painted it for us. One of the best companies I have ever worked with. We needed some special features to contain our dogs and they provided excellent solutions. There was a miscommunication during the install that led to some extra work. The owner took responsibility for the mistake and corrected the issue at his expense. Not for a second did he try to put it on me. I will come to Creative Containment every time now. Highly recommended.
