If I could give negative stars, I’d happily plunge into the abyss. A special shoutout to Sonda for orchestrating what can only be described as a masterclass in incompetence. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE. Literally anything — a broken tarp, cardboard cutouts, or just leaving the windows open — would’ve been a better choice. We spent $70,000 on windows for a $6 million home, and what we got was a circus of chaos. Communication? Barely existent. But that was the least of our problems. We were told installation would take “a day or two.” Two weeks later, we were still watching this disaster unfold, with missing pieces and half-baked excuses. Had my front door and side door measured and with in a few weeks, my new door and side was installed perfectly. Now we are looking at new windows. Was treated awesome. Will do more business - thanks

I don’t normally post reviews, but if you are looking for professional and ethical treatment, avoid this place like the plaque. What’s the old saying”, full me once, shame on you, full me twice shame on me.” Roughly 4 years ago, we placed a large order for windows on a new construction. While we all know mistakes happen, it’s what you do with those mistakes that define you as an individual. No responsibility, I mean none was taken by the owner for an error that could be proven was hers. She wanted to blame the builder completely discounting the over 10 hours my wife spent with the owner selecting brand and style of window. Builders don’t care about style, they want measurements. Either way, we were stuck with her error and threatened through other subcontractors that they would have
