Communication was non existent. A 2 day project turned into 3 as the installer only works part time, so we had to reschedule a furniture delivery. A seam was placed in the center of the room that could have easily been placed behind furniture. Installer said store would contact us to make it right, never heard back from the store. Was never asked if we were happy with the new carpet, just about payment. And don't expect them to vacuum your newly installed carpeting. Was hoping choosing local would be a good experience but unfortunately not the case.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and the workmanship was top notch.
