Creative Kitchens & Countertops

I am not happy about my counter tops installed by Creative Kitchens. He said it would only take 4 days at most. It took 19 days. We did have kitchen counter , 3 bathroom sinks + 2 more sinks & counter tops. They did not match, so they had to recut more. Then tried to charge me more money. Finally it was over. 2 days later I called about 2 blimishes on counter top and mirror in bathroom had fallen. He made 2 different appointments to fix, but never showed up. He got his money, so I guess he was through with us. I would not recommend them.

I recently used Creative to completely tear up and install new tile after Helene flooded my house. Miguel, my salesman, from the Adamo store, was a huge help and I could not have gotten through it without him. Thank you to him. Also, Alberto was a stud and busted his fanny to do a fantastic job, laying the majority of the tile in my house. He was always positive and a big smile on his face. The only thing that could’ve been better was communication as I do not speak Spanish, and the majority of the workers didn’t speak much English Again, Miguel was a huge help with that as he is bilingual. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this granite company. They missed six appointments, ignored messages, and lied about their presence. During the stove reinstallation, they broke it and thought electric tape would be a suitable fix. Shockingly, the stove started smoking when in use. Their lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. I question how they manage to stay in business. I will say Irene and the owner are both bold face lairs. I would never do business with this company. If you have a complaint about this company I would highly suggest reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.

This was the worse experience ever. These people were professional until they received my first check then, professionalism went out the window. After chasing behind them at every turn to complete the job, it was poorly done. From doors not hanging properly, dishwasher not bolted, uneven doors, wrong sized holes cut into the counter, base boards cut and never repaired, charged for a new garbage disposal but, installed an old one, wine rack under the cabinet never installed. I can go on but, a picture is worth 1000 words. I felt completely devalued and disrespected by this company. Empty promises to return and fix the job thank begin in April, never again. The countertop came apart from the cheap material used.

Horrible service and unprofessional. I literally had to chase them down daily. I had to take off work more than 6 times to wait for them and they never showed up without a call or a message. Alcides is dishonest and rude and will promise he can have your countertops installed in a week and then drag his feet to complete the job or never will. The installers were nice but they were over 2 hours late every time they showed up (and that's if hey showed up). They left a mess and would leave razors left around, trash, and caulk residue, and exposed wires from the outlets (without capping them) presenting a significant hazard. They installed my bar incorrectly and the slab of quartz was not glued down properly; it could have easily fell and someone could have gotten seriously injured. They leav
