Creative Surfaces Countertops

Molly was incredibly helpful suggesting different options. Everyone who walked in our hole was professional and kind. The whole process was smooth and simple. We chose polished Macbeth with a cast iron sink. The installers put brackets under the sink due to its weight. We couldn’t be happier!

We're pretty excited about our new Breakfast and Coffee Bar! The customer service offered by Creative Surfaces from our first contact in their Sioux Falls showroom to the very end of the project was stellar. Every contact involved a two hour drive for them and they followed through every time with exactly what they said they were going to do. They completed our project on time and installed it flawlessly. We are super pleased and will use them again for our next project.

Coming from a woodshop with quality control and pride in craftsmanship, this is some of the saddest work ive seen from a woodshop. I have plenty of pictures to prove the 1 star worthiness but cant figure out how to post pictures with. I will say, terrible laminations and adhesives. You can see where they filed the edges to hard and dug into the waterfall edge face. Maybe good for your home, but not for a business and something that needs to pass inspection. Also they suck at building square cabinets because they dont build them on level benches

We remodeled our kitchen in early 2019, and enjoyed over a year of our perfect countertop and backsplash tiles. During the planning, I loved, loved, loved working with the CS team in Sioux Falls. Since a kitchen remodel is not something you do often, I wanted to get it right. The SF team provided an amazing customer experience, very helpful and not pushy and they really listened and they were so patient. Many thanks to them. Then came the installation team, all I can say is wow. It fit perfectly and what a professional amazing team! So it's been over a year, and I still love the countertop and tiles. About once a week, I say to my husband (even now), "Have I mentioned to you lately, how much I love our new kitchen?". I do and still do. Thanks Creative Services. I will recommend CS
