Creative Touch Concrete

Wow! We are completely satisfied with our new driveway. Allen and his team are top notch. We would not hesitate to contact them for any new project. Tge only drawback was the time involved due to global shortages, and production hurdles…not their fault. Communication was a bit strained too, until work began- then it was prompt and succinct, meeting all of our needs.

Allen and Creative Touch have done numerous projects for us. His work has been great and he has always been able to handle numerous tasks besides concrete. He has cleared and prepped for the landscaper on numerous jobs, moved trees and plants, as well as great paver work. I have recommended him to others and they have had great results. Very respectful and cares about what he does.

They did a 12x25 slab for me. I’ve got water pooling in several places which wasn’t noticeable when they finished because it hadn’t rained for awhile. Only after I had it sealed with this nice finish did I notice it. They also didn’t bury a pipe for the electrician which I reminded them to do several times. I was told by the contractor on the job and Creative they couldn’t do anything about it. Would not recommend unless you can stay on top of it the entire time. 🤬

Allen was the most reasonable, kept us informed of what to expect and when, and everything went perfectly! He filled in our 70's style sunken living room that everyone kept falling into and had everything coordinated with the next contractor so things moved along perfectly! He's a great guy and I won't hesitate to use him again and I'd recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I recently retired and moved from a large metropolitan area, to Palm Coast. It was a pleasure dealing with Allen. From start to finish, the communication with Allen was very fluid. He handled all the permit requirements, and removed and replaced a large part of our driveway. The work was professionally done, (including replacing a small portion of the sod that was disturbed) for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Creative Touch Concrete. Thank you Allen!!
