Creekside Closets LLC

Creekside did an absolutely wonderful job on our master bedroom closet and laundry room (see attached photos). The installer (David) was great. He stayed focused on the job all day long, was very professional, and he did such a high-quality job on our two rooms. Additionally, working with Dana on the design work was such a pleasure. She worked with us on several design iterations, and she is a great communicator, answering all of our questions with thorough and quick responses. We would highly recommend Creekside Closets, and we may use them again.

Designing our primary closets with “Big Chad” was not only informative, but also a pleasure. He carefully listened to our needs and lifestyle in designing the perfect closets for us. His patience, ideas and communication are more than any client could want. Our installers, David and Chad, also are excellent. They are professional and well-spoken. They cleaned the entire closets, including inside drawers and cabinets, before leaving. Unbelievably, they completed the install in 2 days! The quality of the product is superior to the custom closets in our prior home (completed by a competitor). I can’t wait to move in!!!! Creekside closets did a wonderful job on our closets! We had done several projects historically with Chattanooga Closets. When they changed owners, their quality of product ordered and customer service went down. I am so thrilled that we now found Creekside closets so we have someone who uses quality supplies and has excellent service. We will definitely be using Creekside closets going forward for any project that we have!

My closet was overflowing with too much stuff and collapsed! I called Dana and she came out within 2 days and did up 3D prints and estimates to choose from. She got me worked in and sent this young gentleman, Chad out, and he did an amazing job! Friendly service and the price was half what I thought it would be! We are In love with our closet ( and it’s a smaller walk in closet. We have more space than I thought possible to store stuff.

Dana was amazing to work with in designing all of my closets and pantry. Chad and David did a fantastic job installing them despite the walls not being level. I’m in love with the final product. From start to finish Creekside Closets were amazing to work with. I highly recommend them.
