Keys got locked in my Equinox van n the key fob battery died n the van locked itself during the recent snow storm. I called Crest n got an appointment scheduled for the afternoon, the technician Paul called n let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, opened the van in under 5 minutes. Wow, he really knew what to do n had all the tools to get it done. I will definitely use them again. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable.

Went in and in less than 5 min this guy cut a original blank double sided Toyota key for my tundra . It fits perfectly. And charged Very little to do it.

Quick and efficient , needed a re-case on my truck key and they did an excellent job.

I attempted to change my user code on a Schlage key pad. Schlage's instruction were confusing. As usual the staff at Crest Lock in Middle River MD were most helpful, especially the representative and Zane in technical. After assisting me by phone Zane reviewed the instructions with me for future reference. I offered to pay but there was no charge for this consultation (disregard contrary info). Definitely a quality business with great people.
