What a great experience! The Crimson Tide owner, Jordan; came out and gave us an estimate on 2 new heat pumps. Jordan worked very hard to get our estimate in a price range that we were comfortable with. The installation was done 2 days later. The install team, George, Harry, Andrew and Kyle were excellent. They all worked together extremely well and never hesitated to keep us informed. It’s never fun to replace high dollar items like air conditioner but the Crimson Tide Team did a fantastic job and left us with a very satisfied feeling. Thanks so much to Jordan and his team for taking such good care of us. We will not hesitate to call Crimson Tide if the need arises. This has truly been a 5 star experience.

Kyle performed a maintenance service on my 22 yr old HAC unit today. He's very polite, honest & well mannered, thorough & knowledgeable. No high pressure sales - just his honest opinion of an aged system that is functioning properly. He patiently answered my barrage of questions giving answers I understood. What a pleasant experience! We just had our entire AC system replaced and couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, they were honest and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary upgrades. I really appreciated that they didn’t talk down to me or try to take advantage — they treated us with respect and transparency. Communication was excellent the whole time, and the military discount was such a nice bonus. It’s hard to find companies you truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

Crimson ride is the epitome of a true local business with a heart for their community. We are just so appreciative of their whole team. My basement flooded, a tree came down, and our HVAC completely died. Terrible things come in threes- but Jordan came to our home and gave us a knowledgeable, honest assessment of our system, and gave us the best price. His team spent two mornings at our house replacing our HVAC system, and they were so professional and respectful. Their generosity in working out a delayed payment just to get our air up and running was such an unheard of blessing. I had the greatest experience choosing Crimson Tide Air Conditioning & Heating! The AC Tech that came his name was Kyle and he was so professional, attentive, attention detail and thorough. Kyle tested everything! Explained everything as he was doing it and provided reasoning... He also listened to everything I had to say with strong interest and treated me with much respect.
