Critter Control

We had rats in my storage room in my basement, called a friend and she recommended critter control, without any research i set up an appointment with them. They come out three days later to asses the situation and found that we needed flashing around our a/c unit lines going into the house. The guy quoted us $700 to do the job so we agreed and paid UP FRONT . Scheduled for two days later another guy shows up and tells me that he sees that the front of our house on the THIRD floor has some soffit damage. I tell him ALL the rats have only EVER been seen in the basement storage room where the water heater and hvac are. I leave him be to do what the company was paid to do and he literally puts a $6 flashing on one piece of soffit and says that hes done (i don't know that he didn't do what they

The employees are all very pleasant to deal with; however, the response time and communication throughout the process falls short. I paid over $1,800 for a simple job to eradicate a chipmunk/squirrel infestation in my vents. They cannot seem to get on the same page and install the proper guards to stop the problem, leaving my family to listen to animals tromp around in the ceiling all night. It has been months at this point and it has had a huge impact on my children’s sleep. I would hire a local and more reliable company instead of a franchise that is quick to collect large sums of money with zero urgency when it comes to correcting the problem.

DO NOT USE CRITTER CONTROL. They completely misled me with their services and WAY over charged. Charged me $650 to not even remove the dead animal from my fireplace but charged me for “attempted removal” even though they knew they wouldn’t be able to get it out. They charged me for “Oder control” yet two hours after service the smell came back worse than ever. I called them everyday trying to speak to a manger and they told me he would call and he never did. I called for a week!

Michael and Justyn treated us professionally and provided a quality service on our home isolating the issues enabling bats to nest in our attic. Pricing was competitive to others without playing on our emotions recommending services we did not need.

Michael, KD and Isabelle came out initially for the evaluation and were incredibly kind and thorough. I was called later that day and scheduled with Justin for my exclusion the following day. Justin did such an amazing job and I am very pleased with the exclusion. I am hopeful that we will reclaim our house!
