Sam came out promptly to our home for what we initially thought was a bat issue. After a thorough inspection, he discovered it was actually a yellow jacket nest in our attic. With a newborn in the house, we were especially concerned about the risk of them getting loose. Sam understood the urgency and quickly put together a plan. Within the next day, the yellow jackets were safely and effectively exterminated. We truly appreciate Sam’s dedication, professionalism, and care in keeping our family safe. Highly recommend!

We had something in our attic that sounded like a bat and I called Critter Control. They called me back promptly and Sam came the same day. He was very Professional and figured out the issue. He took videos and explained everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend this company!

We had a 2 family squirrel duplex in the subfloor of our sunporch. We would hear scratching noises and find subfloor insulation particulates floating around our yard, but mainly under our porch. Our kind neighbor (who built our home) referred us to Ryan & Sam. She gave me Ryan’s phone number. He answered right away, and because these guys cover a wide territory Ryan asked Sam to get to us ASAP. Sam came to our home, assessed the situation, found the squirrel entry portals and laid out the course of action from what he anticipated a start to finish job. This included humane trapping, monitoring, frequent trips to deport the little captives to the squirrel fun park west of Kalona, resetting traps 🪤 and ultimately boarding up the squirrel 🐿️ entrance(s). Sam with Critter Control was amazing! Our rental properties attic had a colony of bats living in it. Sam was able to come out and set up a one way door to ensure the bats were able to get out and not re-enter. After the bats were out, he and his crew were able to get the mess in the attic cleared completely out, disinfect it and spray new insulation within a couple days! Needless to say, we are grateful to be now bat free! Thank you guys so much for your amazing work!
