I would give them 0 stars if possible. We specifically contacted Crocker to come out and look at a house we were in the process of buying to determine if it had any knob and tube wiring. The seller was going to provide a credit for any electrical work that might need to be done as a result of knob and tube. The electrician from Crocker came out and spent about 20 minutes in the house testing to see if the outlets were grounded, then announced there couldn't be any knob and tube in the house because the outlets were grounded, and that wouldn't be the case if knob and tube were present. They never opened up any outlets or lighting fixtures to actually check the wires. In fact, the electrician told us "You don't need to. You can't tell that way."
