Crofton's Plumbing is an outstanding company to do business with. Jon arrived in a very timely manner, especially as he had to fit us in due to our serious problem. He did an excellent job and was extremely knowledgeable in what he stated to me. A most pleasant person to deal with. Would highly recommend Crofton Plumbing.

Dewey did an excellent job. He was professional with an excellent personality. Our son who lives in Sun City Center was impressed with him and will be getting him to do some work for him. We have given his name to a neighbor who will be having him do some work also. We have another project and will be requesting him for it.

Crofton's Plumbing & Drain Solutions repaired a major failure/burst open main pipe in the back yard of our condo over the New Year's holiday 2025. M.D. and his crew worked diligently so our water would be shut off for as little time as possible. The county then worked to fill in the hole more than 6 feet deep. The county left shovels, debris, "danger" tape and stakes, and flags all over the area for 6 weeks and never returned. John from Croftons Plumbing came over to the site and cleaned up all that the county left behind. He surely didn't need to do that. It was kind of him to do so! Randy came to the site to assess the situation and find a way for the county to come back and finish smoothing out the mol 15 feet of dirt. It's great to be able to have a good, honest plumber like Dewey, from Croftons Plumbing be available to help when issues come up. Dewey helped us previously and came back to help with a water heater drip and shower water pressure issue. He was careful not to make a mess, and did a great job on the work. We are 110% satisfied and will request Dewey for any future needs.

Dewey from Crofton's just replaced a leaking outdoor valve. He did a great job and we were very pleased. He will also get us a quote and possible replacement for our shower. Very nice Dewey!
