Croghan Electric

Called for service on dishwasher. Replaced part. Continued to leak. My husband actually fixed and it was just unlevel. Received a bill and through bill pay a check was sent on April 8th, Received another bill today and had service charges for non payment. and Stated please remit. Wonder what happened to first check???

Highly recommend this company! They were literally a lifesaver whenever my washing machine decided it wanted to break randomly! They managed to get it all fixed within a couple days! Can’t thank them enough!

They were very courteous and professional....actually showed up without my having to call again.the repair was not at a full time home and scheduling was crazy but did not make mr crazy🤣thanks for a job well done!

Waited 5 days to have my washer checked! Basically was not fixable, control panel shot! Owner plugged it in, said not worth fixing! Was there 5 min, unable to do anything! Billed over $95. Was trying to do business local! Bought all my appliances from Nate! All kitchen is GE! Now 16 yrs old! Prob will need new soon! Definitely not from Croghan Electric! Never again!!

Zehr Electric, which is actually now Croghan Electric, is only deserving of one star for the customer service that Jane provided. She was pleasant and knowledgeable the few times that we were in to look at products. Since this shop changed hands from Zehr Electric to Croghan Electric, the service has dramatically decreased. Gone are the days where the owner shows up within a day of being called. Expect several weeks, and expect to call at least two or three times to remind him that you requested service. My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer set about two weeks ago. We ordered Speed Queen, which is not a cheap set. We expected great service from a small business.
